How our service works

1. Optional live video consult (Zoom) to discuss items.
2. Insured, tracked shipping kit is provided.
3. Final offer is issued after in-lab testing upon receipt.
4. If you accept, we pay via ACH/Zelle/check/wire. If you decline, we return items insured.

Identification & compliance

You agree to provide accurate identification and contact information. We operate under applicable precious-metal dealer and AML requirements.

Limits & liabilities

Shipping insurance terms apply as disclosed in your kit instructions. We are not liable for losses beyond insured limits or for customer packing errors that void coverage.

Governing law

Wisconsin law governs these terms.
